What is Orderat?
Orderat is a phone app (iPhone and Android) for small businesses that sell over WhatsApp and Instagram: home businesses, shops, services, restaurants and cafés, and food trucks. It organizes your orders with their date and status, and works out your real profit.
Is Orderat available now?
Orderat is launching soon on the App Store and Google Play. You can try a demo shop right now, no sign-up, to see what your customers will experience.
How much does Orderat cost?
A 14-day free trial, then $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. App stores show local pricing for your country.
Where is my data stored?
Your data stays on your device by default, and never reaches our servers unless you turn on a feature that needs it, like cloud sync or a shop link. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Do I have to turn on VAT?
No, VAT is off by default. If you're VAT-registered, turn it on from Settings and pick your rate (Bahrain 10%, Saudi Arabia 15%, UAE and Oman 5%), and you'll get a simplified tax invoice automatically, with a ZATCA QR code for Saudi shops.
Do I have to track stock?
No, stock tracking is optional and turned on per product. If you make things to order, leave it off and nothing about your workflow changes.
Is Orderat right for my business?
Orderat is built for any small business selling over WhatsApp or Instagram: a home business, a shop or boutique, services (salon, tailoring, repairs), a restaurant or café, or a food truck. You pick your business type when you start, and the app adapts to it.
Can I add staff?
Yes. Once you turn on an account with cloud sync, you can invite a staff member with a 6-digit code and set their permissions: orders, prep only, money, or products.
Is cloud sync required?
No, it's entirely optional. You only need it to work from more than one device or to add staff. You sign in with an Apple or Google account, and a local copy of your data always stays on your device.
How does AI order entry work?
You paste a WhatsApp message or share a screenshot (or share the message directly on Android), and Orderat drafts an order with the customer, products, quantity and date. You review and edit it before saving, and nothing is saved without your approval. Phone numbers are removed before processing, and neither the message nor the image is stored.
Are Ask Orderat and the other AI features free?
They work during the free trial and for subscribers. In demo mode without a subscription, you can try a small number of questions or photos to see how they work.
Does Orderat support Arabic and English?
Yes, the app is fully available in Arabic and English, with a light or dark appearance, and you can choose the Arabic address form (masculine or feminine) from Settings.
What is the shop link, and does it cost extra?
Your shop link is a public page with your products where customers order directly, and the order lands in your app for you to review and confirm. It's part of Orderat at no extra cost, available to subscribers (not in demo mode, since it needs your real shop).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, your subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel it from your store account at any time.
